Notify escrow officers and staff of client arrivals and coordinate signing appointments
Maintain confidentiality of all client and transaction information in compliance with company policy and applicable laws
Assist with preparation and distribution of closing packages and HUD/settlement statements as directed
Detail-oriented, discreet, and comfortable working in a fast-paced real estate environment
Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly; take accurate messages and route inquiries to the appropriate staff member
Assist escrow officers and support staff with administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and file organization
Front-desk service to clients, lenders, real estate agents, and other stakeholders
Prepare basic correspondence, labels, and envelopes for escrow files
Support the team with document tracking and deadline reminders as assigned
Manage the front lobby area to ensure it remains tidy, organized, and presentable at all times
Scan, copy, file, and maintain physical and electronic documents in accordance with company procedures

Assist with the receipt and logging of earnest money deposits, checks, and wires; provide receipts as directed
Schedule and confirm appointments for escrow officers and other team members
Order and maintain office supplies inventory, notifying management when stock is low
Pay Details: $22.00 per hour
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and courier deliveries; prepare outgoing mail and overnight shipments as needed
