Associate of Science degree in RF, electronics or equivalent experience preferred
Minimum 4 years in a microwave lab or similar environment successfully testing, tuning, calibrating, analyzing, and troubleshooting microwave waveguide and coaxial components
Knowledge of HP 8510 Network Analyzer and/or PNA required
Able to inspect components and use micrometers, calipers, and interface gauges
Capable of reading engineering drawing, schematics and test specifications
PC literate and ability to quickly learn test software (MMC iTune, IV CAD, IQSTAR, etc)
Able to effectively communicate with others in the various technical disciplines within the Company
Punctual and willing to work Overtime as needed to meet production demands
Clear vision at close distance (20 inches or less) and able to distinguish colors
