Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering discipline OR equivalent manufacturing experience with strong emphasis in quality
3–5 years of packaging inspection experience
Knowledge of FDA and ISO compliance standards
Experience with document management, SOP review, and records review
Experience with statistical sampling and packaging component testing

Able to obtain IPC-610, IPC620, and J Standard 001 certifications on the first try or within two attempts.
Experience in troubleshooting electronic circuits to the component level, using test equipment such as oscilloscopes, meters, frequency generators, logic analyzers, spectrum and network analyzers.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot testing issues.
Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and precision in work.
Minimum of 2 years formal electronic technology training
In lieu of formal training, 4 or more years of experience assembling or testing electronics components.
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic computer skills for record-keeping and documentation.
Ability to read and understand BOMs (Bills of Materials), Parts Lists, and other technical documentation relevant to the testing process.
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Able to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance.
Must be able to sit and stand for long periods of time.
Experience with ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) protection practices.
In-depth knowledge of IPC-610 and/or J Standard 001.
Advanced knowledge of electronic components and their functions.
Ability to interpret complex assembly drawings, electrical diagrams, and process flows/standards.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, schematics, and technical manuals.
