Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn required
Ability to lift and manipulate up to 40 lbs
Ability to stand and work on feet 8+ hours per shift
Good close-up and distance vision

High School Diploma or GED equivalent
2 + years Production Operations experience or Associates Degree with previous internship in Plant Operations
Strong interest in and experience with electrical and mechanical systems
Have a working knowledge of computers and typical computer programs (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Microsoft applications)
Proficiency with a variety of hand tools, meters, instrument calibration equipment etc.
Working knowledge of electricity, electrical systems, and motors
Must be able to climb ladders and steps, lift up to 50 lbs., and work at heights
