Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes as attained through experience in an aerospace or similar machining facility
Experience with CAD software, such as SolidWorks or Catia, to interrogate solid models and extract critical feature and dimensional data
Ability to read and interpret technical data and process specifications
Demonstrated problem solver familiar with root cause analysis techniques
Ability to act and think analytically with exceptional attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of Lean manufacturing techniques with ability to design robust processes to eliminate waste
