Previous experience in a warehouse, construction, carpentry, or manufacturing environment is preferred but not required
Ability to read a tape measure accurately and perform basic mathematical calculations (adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing)
Comfort and dexterity using hand and power tools in a fast-paced environment
Ability to stand and walk for 8–10 hour shifts
Must be able to continuously lift/move up to 25 lbs., frequently lift/move up to 50 lbs., and occasionally lift/move up to 100 lbs. with assistance
Work is performed in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing facility. Exposure to wood dust, loud noise, moving mechanical parts, and varying temperatures is expected
