Able to read and understand blue prints
Knowledge of basic measuring tools, calipers, micrometers, comparators and math required

Associate degree or technicalcertification in CNC Programming, Manufacturing Technology, or related field.
5+ years of CNC programming experiencein aerospace manufacturing.
Experience machining aerospace fittingsor tight-tolerance components preferred.
Strong experience with; 3 axismachining, 5 axis simultaneous machining and CNC turning operations.
Proficient in CAM software (Edgecam,Mastercam).
Experience with Fanuc and Okuma CNCcontrols.
Strong understanding of GD&T.;
Familiarity with: AS9100 qualitysystems, First Article Inspection (AS9102) and NADCAP requirements (ifapplicable).
Ability to read and interpret complexEngineering documents.
Strong understanding of cuttingparameters and tool life management.
High attention to detail and quality,ability to work in a fast-paced aerospace production environment.
Strong collaboration and communicationskills and process improvement mindset.
