Qualified to evaluate performance of the three phases of quality control process in various trades including HVAC, Building Automation Systems including control systems, and other MEP related equipment and systems.
Implemented, operated, and maintained the quality management system
Demonstrated planning, problem solving, data analysis, blueprint/schematic reading, organization, inter-personal, and communication skills with proven leadership skills and decision making abilities
Proficiency in a Windows operating environment, including Microsoft Office
The ability to obtain and maintain a Construction Quality Management (CQM) certification (within 3 months of hire).
Active CQM certification preferred
The ability to obtain and maintain required security clearances and/or badges for projects supported. (This involves a background/character, criminal history, employment, and credit check.)
