Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Physical Science, or a related scientific field required.
Experience with analytical testing, chromatography, spectroscopy, or wet chemistry strongly preferred.
Basic understanding of analytical chemistry principles and laboratory techniques.
Familiarity with HPLC, GC, spectroscopy, or similar instrumentation (preferred).
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
Ability to follow SOPs, GMP/GLP regulations, and written procedures.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced laboratory environment.
Willingness to learn new techniques and cross-train in multiple testing areas.
Basic mathematical and data analysis skills.
Physical: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive laboratory tasks for extended periods.
Physical: Ability to lift and move materials weighing 10–35 pounds.
Physical: Manual dexterity required for handling laboratory instruments and equipment.
