Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
Proficiency in project management software
Strong knowledge of project management principles and best practices.

30-hr OSHA Construction Safety Class within the past 5 years and demonstrated continuing Safety training thereafter (8 hour per year) or the ability to obtain OSHA 30 hour certification within first 30 days of employment.
Construction safety experience.
Experience working with project safety documentation including Accident Prevention Plans (APPs), Activity Hazard Analysis (AHA), Job Hazard Analysis (JHA), and other related safety documentation
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong computer literacy, including with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc)
The ability to obtain and maintain required government security clearances and badges as required for the sites being supported. (This involves a background/character, criminal history, employment, and credit check).
