Long term temporary assignment for about 52 weeks depending on grant funding
Must be able to provide 24/7 confidential support to active-duty service members, veterans, and military families
Must be able to navigate life challenges, reduce isolation, and connect with resources before reaching a crisis

HS Diploma or 2+ years of related field experience
1+ years of experience in a leadership role
2+ years of production or manufacturing experience, preferably with 1+ years in cannabis industry
Must have a solid understanding of the cannabis laws, rules and regulations and passion to further understanding and knowledge of the industry, regulations, market trends and competition
Experience working with various complex manufacturing machines or electrical systems
Proven track record of managing the scope of operations in a complex and highly regulated business environment
Working knowledge of Metrc preferred
Must pass all required background checks
Must have a reliable vehicle
Must be and remain compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry
Must possess valid driver's license
Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
Must be approved by Cannabis Regulatory Commission to work in cannabis industry
Must be able to stand or sit for extended periods of time
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
Must be able to work a fully flexible schedule including nights and weekends if necessary
Able to perform work in Linden, New Jersey
